Your Role:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service via live chat.
- Offer accurate information on our products and services to customers.
- Consistently meet individual and team KPIs and goals.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity while handling customer information.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in Live Chat.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong typing skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and results-driven environment.
- Proficient in using Windows OS, MS Office, and Google Apps.
- Availability for 9-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and public holidays.
- Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
