RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To consolidate and ensure all data in the systems (XERP, BI, POS, Stock Management System & Accounting system) are aligned and maintained accurately within agreed parameters in a timely manner.
  • To visit retail stores on a regular basis for inventory audit, follow up case by case investigation and review after stock take.
  • To coordinate with respective teams for all inventory audit matters.
  • Review and identify the areas of improvement on the process flow which including Revenue Leakage, stock loss and etc.
  • Assist in managing assignments from commencement until finalisation of audit reports, including compilation of all working papers, consolidate all reports and audit evidence.
  • Consistently monitor and improve the Standard Operating Procedure or process flow to ensure proper guidelines are followed.
  • To manage all stock insurance claims.
  • To prepare inventory control related reports.
  • To monitor inventory level for stock aging report purposes.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or special assignment as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM /STPM/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Skills required: Analytical skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team player, friendly, energetic and independent.
  • Able to perform under limited supervision.
  • Familiar in XERP system is an added advantage.
  • Experience on Retail Operations or Stock Take would be added advantage.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel such as Pivot Table, V-lookup, Sum-IF.
  • Able to prepare well structured, balanced reports which support management in delivering their risk management and control improvement responsibilities.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia & Singapore when required.
  • Posses own transport. You are required to travel within Klang Valley for stock take.
  • Willing to work in Damansara Heights.
