Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, etc.).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide recruitment advisory and support in decision-making.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles to support business continuity and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to provide recruitment insights and recommendations.
- Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding team, including career fairs, campus hiring, and social media campaigns.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local hiring regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles. Experience in financial services or banking industry recruitment will be an added advantage
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
