Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and submit main contractors' interim claims for verification and issue of the certificate of payment
  • Initiate verification and check progress claim and variation orders submitted by sub-contractor and suppliers to ensure payment are in order and according to the terms of the sub-contract and supply contract
  • Evaluate and verify the need for any variation works
  • Responsible for the sub-contract works and calling quotations before submitting for approval
  • To prepare contractual claims, budget and extension of time for the project
  • Provide assistance to update department operation and ISO procedure
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying/construction management/ or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of construction project management.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
