Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner the business on recruitment matters, including developing recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for the company.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment including documentation associated with the hire and onboarding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate within HR and with other business functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges.
  • Build relationships and engage talents in the market, providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage operational issues such as new hire administration and candidate queries.
  • Review and enhance workflow in HR processes and policies on an on-going basis.
  • Be involved in ad-hoc HR projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity Recruitment, with in-house recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects in a fast-paced environment, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and resilience.
