Job Responsibilities:
- Partner the business on recruitment matters, including developing recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for the company.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment including documentation associated with the hire and onboarding of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate within HR and with other business functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges.
- Build relationships and engage talents in the market, providing excellent candidate experience.
- Manage operational issues such as new hire administration and candidate queries.
- Review and enhance workflow in HR processes and policies on an on-going basis.
- Be involved in ad-hoc HR projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity Recruitment, with in-house recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects in a fast-paced environment, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output.
- Team player with strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and resilience.
