Key Responsibilities
- Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.
- Monthly reminder for client holders for Contracts and Work Pass Due.
- Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities
- Work Pass Application/Renewal, Contracts extension, termination, resignation, reference checks, leave & claims requests, contractor bonuses.
- Handle contractor’s disciplinary & grievance issues.
- Provide HR advisory services as required to internal Consultants and Associates.
- Liaise with the payroll to resolve contractor timesheet & claims issues.
- Liaise with payroll & finance to resolve client billing issues, overpayments etc.
- Send monthly timesheet submission email reminder
- Timesheets & Claims form tabulations
- Preparation of Employment Certifications and bank letters
- Application of medical cards
- Manage new/renewal contract issuance, work pass applications/cancellation, tax clearance
- Manage leave, insurance, allowances and other benefits administration
- Manage the contractors’ information and ensure that regular updates are done in the system.
- Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements
- Degree holder, fresh graduates welcomed
- With basic human resource or administrative knowledge will be an added advantage
- Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills
- High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
