Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing operations across marketplaces, stockist and the official website. This includes managing marketplace activities, implementing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing operational workflows to drive sales, increase conversions, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Marketplace & Website Management
- Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces, stockist and the website to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotions to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, SEO best practices, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
- Optimize product content, including descriptions, images, and metadata, to enhance visibility and conversions.
Sales Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Generate and analyse weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to provide actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Improve customer retention through enhanced user experience, loyalty programs, and targeted email marketing.
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Leverage influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and collaborations to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Customer Experience & Support
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase support.
- Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the support team to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
Inventory & Order Management
- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Optimize SKU assortment and ensure sufficient stock for seasonal collections and bestsellers.
- Work with operation team and fulfillment partners to streamline order processing and reduce return rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or consumer goods.
- Good understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing and SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
