We're looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing Senior Specialist to lead retention strategies, optimise CRM tools, and create personalised experiences that keep customers coming back.

Requirements


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive CRM strategy to boost retention, engagement & lifetime value
  • Design & optimise customer journeys with segmentation, personalisation & lifecycle strategies across multi-channel execution (email, push, SMS, in-app)
  • Manage CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, Netcore, MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze)
  • Analyse data to enhance lifecycle marketing, ensuring accurate segmentation & personalisation
  • Track acquisition costs, campaign effectiveness & key KPIs through reports & dashboards
  • Oversee A/B testing & optimisations for engagement & conversion
  • Lead & mentor a team, driving strategy & best practices


WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention-focused roles
  • Proven experience managing a team, and overseeing high-volume campaign execution
  • Expertise in CRM software & automation tools (CleverTap, Netcore, MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Braze)
  • Strong background in multi-channel marketing (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging) and A/B testing
  • Data-driven mindset, with a track record of analysing CRM performance and implementing optimisations
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus!
