Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Business Process Improvement & Transformation
  • Conduct requirement studies with functional stakeholders to standardize & optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support business transformation projects by ensuring goals and timelines are met.

  • Lead data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities for seamless transitions.
  • Develop and manage centralized dashboards for KPI tracking and performance insights.
  • Work with business stakeholders to optimize data reporting and decision-making.

3.Project Coordination & Change Management

  • Collaborate with Project Managers & stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and senior management.
  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes & tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Analytics Certification.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, data governance, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in financial system administration, ERP modules (GL, Project Accounting, Project Operations), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, IBM Cognos Analytics).
  • Proficiency in data standardization, cleansing, mapping, and migration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
