Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Process Improvement & Transformation
- Conduct requirement studies with functional stakeholders to standardize & optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support business transformation projects by ensuring goals and timelines are met.

- Collaborate with Project Managers & stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and senior management.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution.
- Support change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes & tools.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Analytics Certification.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data governance, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in financial system administration, ERP modules (GL, Project Accounting, Project Operations), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, IBM Cognos Analytics).
- Proficiency in data standardization, cleansing, mapping, and migration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
