Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for x-Celcom and x-Digi database-related activities, ensuring the timely production of required weekly, monthly, and quarterly inputs.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting findings, and writing clear documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
