An exciting opportunity for Business Development Specialist has arisen within our growing company. We are an IT services company with year-on-year growth and now looking to expand our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be 100% client-focused and you will play an important part in helping Job line achieving its growth targets through delivering new business.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in IT professional services business development and the skills to build excellent relationships and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and engagement.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- LinkedIn, Facebook etc
  • Should achieve daily quota of outbound calls.
  • Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company services.
  • Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Discuss and convey the advantages of the services & solution offering
  • Meet and exceed all monthly and annual sales quotas.
