- Supplier Quality Management – Qualify, audit, and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Manage supplier performance and drive quality improvements
- Product & Process Quality – Develop and implement quality control processes for machine assembly. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Non-Conformance & Improvement – Investigate quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce defects
- Compliance & Documentation – Maintain quality records, support audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
- Technical Support & Training – Provide shop floor support for quality-related issues and train operators and suppliers on quality standards and best practices
- Assist in training and mentoring quality teams, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
