Senior Marketing Executive

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive (PR & Event) to handle the Public Relation and Event Management for one of our natural brands that shares the benefits of nature - INNISFREE.

Your job duties involve planning publicity strategies and campaigns for the brand and follow them through to completion.

You will play an important role, such as:

• Work closely with PR Agency to maintain strong relationship with KOLs & Media while expanding brand reach and presence.
• Manage KOL content creation process to ensure that it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage and execute shopping mall advertisements, collaborations, building partnerships with mall management for promotional events and activations.
• Drive 3rd Party Collaborations in partnership with Trade Marketing team to encourage brand exposure.
• Work with Digital Marketing Agency to manage Tiktok content creation while develop engaging and viral content for the brand.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing to maximize brand’s content exposure.
• Manage and execute brand’s CSR initiatives like Tree Planting Campaign.
• Plan, manage, and execute brand’s events, like pop-up stores and members’ PLAYGREEN classes.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• Master / Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administrative, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in managing Public Relation.
• Specializing in public relation with media and influencers.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in organizing press trips or events.
• Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially Beauty industry or FMCG.
• Good command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be added advantage.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills and presentation skills.
