  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Lead and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring timely execution while strengthening customer relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Own and execute NPI projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  2. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with customers to drive successful project execution.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (engineering, production, quality, and supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution from design to delivery.
  4. Technical & Costing Support: Interpret customer drawings, oversee product costing, and guide teams on project feasibility and engineering changes.
  5. Business Development Support: Contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives.
  6. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the NPI team, tracking project progress through Quotation, QRF Hit Rate Reports, and Project Trackers.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively resolve NPI-related challenges and drive corrective actions with internal departments.
  8. Industry Engagement: Represent the company in trade exhibitions, seminars, and training programs to stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Product Management

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in project management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
  • 3-5 years in customer account management or technical sales
  • Prior experience in rubber or foam products is an added advantage
  • Must be able to work in Malaysia without the need to apply work visa

Key Competencies:

Technical: Ability to interpret customer drawings and engineering requirements

Project Management: Strong organizational and execution skills

Customer Engagement: Experience handling quotations, pricing, and project negotiations

Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project success
