Job Description
- Manages and leads the direction for overall seller experience and growth on SPX
- Lead sourcing, networking activities required to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads
- Generate, engage and convert available sales leads
- Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis
- Lead a team of SPX account managers to manage key SPX sellers and sales activities
- Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth
- Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback
- Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders
- Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
- Excellent people management skills and good team player
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have)
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel is a must
