Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AV System Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the AV systems market. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
As the AV System Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting our portfolio of AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for AV systems (audio, video, and control solutions).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, transportation and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, systems integrators, consultants, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to deliver tailored AV solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV system sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video, and control systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Training be provided for candidates with a strong sales background and willingness to learn.
