Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery.
  • Proactively address project challenges and resolve issues efficiently.

Resource Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Ensure deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Innovation and Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve project execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must hold a minimum of a degree qualification.
  • Must possess a recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in technical rollouts for Telco and TechCo solution delivery, covering connectivity products (RAN, Microwave, Fiber, Sub6) or ICT products (M2M, Unified Communication, FTTO, FWA, Managed WiFi, SD-WAN, IoT).
  • At least 10 years of project management experience, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks effectively, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • A minimum of 10 years handling technical rollouts for connectivity products, coordinating with internal and external vendors or subcontractors.
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring timely project completion.
