Job description:

  • Responsible for identifying prospects, market opportunities, generating leads, and promoting company products to medical aesthetic professionals, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, beauty and wellness-related markets
  • Achieving sales target set by the company management in your assigned market segment and territory
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential client
  • Providing feedback and collecting field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage
  • Organizing and supporting sales and marketing activities such as trade shows, workshops, and seminars to generate leads

Qualification:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic market
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with customers and internal group
  • Strong sales skills for generating leads
  • Good presentation and persuasive skills
  • Self-driven, resourceful, high integrity and independent
  • Good network and market knowledge in the aesthetic and/or medical aesthetic industry is a must
  • Must be effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin)
