Job description:
- Responsible for identifying prospects, market opportunities, generating leads, and promoting company products to medical aesthetic professionals, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, beauty and wellness-related markets
- Achieving sales target set by the company management in your assigned market segment and territory
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential client
- Providing feedback and collecting field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage
- Organizing and supporting sales and marketing activities such as trade shows, workshops, and seminars to generate leads
Qualification:
- A minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic market
- Demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with customers and internal group
- Strong sales skills for generating leads
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, high integrity and independent
- Good network and market knowledge in the aesthetic and/or medical aesthetic industry is a must
- Must be effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin)
