1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with the objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

    2. Campaign Management

    • Create, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
    • Manage SEO/SEM to drive website traffic and conversions.

      3. Content Development & Management

      • Collaborate with creative designers to develop engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
      • Plan the calendar, produce, and create engaging and creative content (photo/video) for different social media platforms to drive awareness and conversion traffic to websites.

        4. Performance Analysis

        • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
        • Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
        • Suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the digital marketing trends.
  • Preferably with at least 3–5 years of experience in the property industry and/or digital and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required, with Mandarin preferred for creating content that engages Chinese audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines in a team environment.
