- Manage SEO/SEM to drive website traffic and conversions.
3. Content Development & Management

4. Performance Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
- Suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the digital marketing trends.
- Preferably with at least 3–5 years of experience in the property industry and/or digital and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required, with Mandarin preferred for creating content that engages Chinese audiences.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Works well under pressure with tight deadlines in a team environment.
