  • Profit and Loss Statement Preparation: Prepare and review monthly P&L statements, ensuring all income, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and other relevant financial data are accurately recorded.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other key financial documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, vendor invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Tax Management: Assist with GST (Goods and Services Tax) reporting and filing, ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Administrative Tasks: General administrative support, including filing and documentation.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience in a food court, F&B, or retail environment is an advantage, however fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AutoCount.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
