Job Summary
- Pre-Operation Executive to support the successful establishment of new operational centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting floor plans, assisting with basic interior design, coordinating centre set-up, and handling license applications in accordance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for design, and familiarity with floor plan drafting software.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed floor plans using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Floorplanner, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with management and design teams to ensure layout efficiency and compliance with operational requirements.
- Assist in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces based on project needs.
- Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with brand standards and operational functionality.
- Support the end-to-end set-up of new centres, ensuring all requirements are met for operational readiness.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to manage timelines and resources.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
- Handle and submit applications for relevant operational licenses and permits.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and third-party consultants as needed to secure approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Language
- English and Bahasa Melayu.
Skills
- Proficiency in floor plan drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Floorplanner).
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local regulations and licensing procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
