Your Tasks

Start Date : March 2025

Duration : 3-6 months

Role Purpose

As a Logistics & Supply Chain (Intern), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management and planning functions of our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide to ensure smooth coordination and efficient processes. Your tasks will include preparing briefs and presentations for meetings, managing files, and learning about the intricacies of supply chain planning. By the end of this contract, you will have developed a solid understanding of supply chain operations, stakeholder management, and the broader FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Preparation of Briefs and Presentations: Prepare and organize meeting briefs, presentations, and supporting documents to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Project Management Support: Provide support in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Learning and Development: Acquire knowledge of the planning process, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Files Management: Maintain and organize files and documentation related to project management and planning activities.
  • Customer Service and Logistics Insights: Gain exposure to customer service operations and logistics functions to understand their impact on the overall supply chain.

Your Profile

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a global, market-leading FMCG company.
