Digital Sales Representative
Role Overview:
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will focus on generating new leads and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the DSR will act as a hunting account manager for opportunities until a certain Total Contract Value (TCV), nurturing relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
o Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various digital channels (e.g.,
social media, email campaigns, online events).
o Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust
sales pipeline.
o Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.
• Account Management:
o Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and
offering tailored solutions.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the field sales team to transition qualified leads and support the
sales process.
o Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
o Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and
account management.
o Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital sales (inside sales), lead generation, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Hunter mentality with a drive to seek out and close new business opportunities.
• Highly motivated, customer-focused, and success-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
