As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.

2. Content Creation & Management

- Create engaging content for different platforms, such as websites, social media, and blogs

- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

- Collaborate with designers and brand managers to produce high-quality content.

3. Social Media Management

- Oversee the company’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.

- Develop social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.

4. Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Analyze data to develop actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.

5. Event Coordination

- Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, roadshows, and webinars.

- Ensure all events are executed smoothly and within budget.

- Post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and areas for improvement.

6. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with sales, brand managers and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

- Maintain effective communication with external partners and agencies whenever needed.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A degree in Marketing, MassComm, Business, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Executive or similar.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
