Job Describtion
Marketing Planning
- To manage key functions -advertising, event and social media, including campaign planning, product launches, brand activities and on-ground activation.
Presentation
- Preparing marketing communication strategies - ie concept paper, campaign activation deck and marketing presentation for MBM, SEA II and GD market.
Implementation and Execution
- Work closely with 3rd parties marketing vendors (ie. media agency, creative agency, event agency) - campaign briefing and executing brand & product launch campaigns; ensuring that the branding is according to the global objectives and guidelines.
Reporting
- Compilation of marketing reports - Annual Marketing Activities Reports, Social Media Updates.
Events and CRM Projects
- Supporting the marketing team in the organization and execution of events.
- Preparation of creative and communication materials for launch events and on-ground activities.
Campaign Materials & POSM
- Assist in price list preparation and production.
- Assist in campaign materials update in symphony for agents.
- Assist in sharing campaign materials to GD Markets.
Social Media
- Support social media team to ensure MBM social pages are strategically planned with appropriate content and messaging according to MBM marketing plan.
- Support agents with campaign materials for their posting.
Others
- Support in logistic arrangements for launches, events, social activations, media test drive and partnership activities.
- Assisting in general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Specific Knowledge and Skills
• Pursuing degree in Marketing/PR/Communication
• Proficiency in Words, Excel, PPT, Video editing, Photo editing skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
