Key Responsibilities:- Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc. Perform account receivable & payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Assist in accrual matters, keep track on expenditure made but yet to receive the invoices. Assist in monitoring and ensuring the deposits paid are completely refunded after the contract ended. Participate in the monthly closing process, preparation of accounting analysis and report. Assist in generating other financial reports as and when required by management. To liaise and communicate with outlet staffs and other departments to resolve any issue/discrepancies. Manage day-to-day accounting operations. Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from time to time. Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Professional Certificate or other relevant accounting qualification. At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting role. Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel, Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good command in in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantages.
