The Regional TA & Employer Branding Senior Executive will execute recruitment strategies, handle operational recruitment tasks, implement recruitment marketing & communications strategies and contribute to the overall talent acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer and onboarding
  • Execute sourcing strategies through diverse sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent, including building & maintaining talent pipeline to address future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights into candidate availability and market trends
  • Conduct initial screening/assessment and collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure alignment with organizational and cultural fit.
  • Conduct Mandarin language assessment for positions requiring liaison with China.
  • Develop and coordinate employer branding activities, including developing materials and campaigns, and manage content on diverse digital platforms
  • Stay updated with recruitment marketing trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition. Regional hiring experience a plus
  • Experience executing employer branding activities including ability to develop materials & campaigns is required for this role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this role
  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
