We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our Accounts, HR, and Admin departments. 1) Accounts: - Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial records. - Support in bookkeeping and maintaining accounting documentation. - Assist in reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting. - Data entry for financial transactions and expenses. 2) Human Resources: - Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. - Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions. - Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation. 3) Administration: - Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Support in maintaining office supplies and inventory. - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, - Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
