Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and talent management. Requirements: • Open to SARAWAKIANS ONLY. • Internship period must be minimum of 12 weeks. • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree programme. • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). • A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. • Actively involved in extracurricular activities, showcasing leadership, teamwork, or initiative. • A keen interest in HR, with a desire to gain hands-on experience in a service industry environment. • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally. • Must possess own transport and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Help prepare onboarding materials and support the smooth integration of new hires. • HR Administration: Assist with updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases and files. • Employee Engagement: Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events, and assist with employee surveys or feedback sessions. • Training & Development: Support the HR team in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives for employees. • Compliance & Reporting: Assist with tracking HR metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to HR team members in various HR-related tasks, including administrative support, research, and process improvement projects.
