Job Description: · Responsible to pick up and send the workers to clinic/hospital/bank and etc as requested by Superior. · Handle all types of banking service (bank in cheques , letters, etc) and statutory payments from accounting staff to various banks and timely statutory payment. · Responsible to dispatch out and collect documents, item and etc from the respective personnel and / or office on the time on behalf of the company. · Make official utilities payment/ application on behalf of the company. · Able to work long hours including weekends (if any) and fit to drive at odd hours. · To carry out all the despatch & office work as assigned or directed. · Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and well-maintained at all time · Assist in sending company vehicles for routine maintenance, repairing or servicing. · Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. · To perform all other tasks as per Company instructions from time to time. Job Requirements: · Minimum SPM qualification. · Required language(s):Mandarin or English and Bahasa Malaysia · Possess at least 2 years' working experiences in a similar role. · Holds a valid driving license for vehicle and motorcycle. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. · Good time management skills. · Able to start work immediately. Working Hours : Monday - Saturday 8.30am-5.00pm Location : Juru, Bukit Mertajam
