Job Responsibilities:  Communicating with third-party manufacturers to ensure that production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.  Prepare and maintain accurate records of production schedules, work orders, and shipment schedules.  Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of materials and services.  Prepare purchase requisition and outsource arrangement with procurement department.  Perform data entry tasks related to production, inventory, and quality control.  Monitor and manage inventory levels for internal and external  Address and resolve any issues or delays in supply chain.  Collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and production to ensure seamless integration with the outsourced manufacturing process  Preparing reports on production status, supplier performance, and any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.  Compile reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during production.  Ensuring that the outsourced products meet the required quality standards, often through inspections or coordination with quality assurance teams Qualifications: Education: SPM, diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), ERP and good communication skills. Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.
