Sales Representative

• You are required to service whichever outlet that the respective sales office assigned to you. • You have to serve the outlet, which has assigned to you in regular basis. Whichever outlet if you like to terminate it must ask the permission from your Immediate Superior. • You are responsible for all the sales and collections together with Credit Note (CN), Aging and Stocks from the previous account (ex-salesman) which you have been taken over. • Whichever outlet assigned to you, within 45 days upon your commencement date, you are required to serve it completely. Management will not hold any responsibility or error. • You are strictly required to comply with the rules and regulations pertaining in sales and collections, which set by your respective Branch office. • Sales target, sales credit limit, sales collections are strictly advised to follow the instruction from respective sale-In charge. • It is a CBT (Criminal Breach of Trust) offence if any sale-people who found miss used of company fund, dishonest of the claim and cheating the company. • You must be loyalty and responsibility, as you are being trusted with number of collections bill, stocks and the motor van (Company Vehicle-If any). At all time you have to ensure problem-free with the above. • You are not allowed to tell anyone, any sales information without the concern of management. • Without permission from the management you are not allowed to bring any data and information to others. • At any time you are strictly not allowed to provide any false information to the management. • You are advised to well maintenance of motor car (Company Vehicle) at lowest cost. All bad stock is not allowed to throw anywhere; it must send back to HQ and any different of bad stock will be borne by the salesman. • Sale target will be given in due course. It will be projected upon mutual understanding. • A proper Sales report of sales collection to be submitting to your respective Branch Daily. • It is seriously advised that all sale-personal who are driving the company provided motor vehicle to note that the Insurance Policy are stated very clear, whoever driving under the drunk condition are not protected by the Insurance company. Accident occurred are as your own risk. • Any sale-personal, whenever been disclosed that they had breach of trust by false Invoices, using of company fund act will considerate as criminal of offence. • You are supposed to take the responsibility of all company’s cash; all cash collection cannot be bank in or transfer to individual or personal account. Any acts which involve company’s fund such as misuse of company’s fund or transferring company’s fund without authorization from CEO, is a MAJOR case. Violation of any of these regulations may result in disciplinary action ranging from warning to termination.
