- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist in office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Able to speak and write in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong (2 mins walk from LRT station)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- 18 days public holidays.
