  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Assist in office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong (2 mins walk from LRT station)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
  • 18 days public holidays.
