Job Description: -Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and other legal agreements in accordance with company policies and project requirements. -Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local construction laws, and industry standards. -Assist in contract negotiations and provide support in resolving disputes or claims. -Manage and track contract variations, change orders, and extension of time (EOT) claims. -Monitor project milestones and contractual deliverables to ensure timely execution. -Maintain organized and up-to-date contract documentation using Aconex for efficient document control. -Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and legal teams to address contract-related issues. -Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence related to contract administration. Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and advise on appropriate action plans. Job Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field. -Minimum 8 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry in Malaysia. -Proficiency in Aconex for document control and contract management. -Experience in claims management, EOT, and dispute resolution. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously. -Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and industry best practices.
