Support all the efforts and operations carried out by marketing managers and officers. They prepare reports in relation to the marketing operations needed by other departments, especially account and financial divisions. They ensure that resources needed by the managers to perform their job are in place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support and Client Management: Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients through various sales strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring timely communication and high client satisfaction. 2. Marketing Campaigns and Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Contribute ideas and collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. 3. Branding and Promotion: Help enhance the company’s online and offline presence through effective marketing strategies, events, and promotions. Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, trade shows, events, and conferences. 4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and campaign results. Provide regular updates to the Sales/Marketing Manager on the status of leads, opportunities, and conversions. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and improvement. 5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in strategy and execution, and that sales targets are met. Work closely with internal teams (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Support senior marketing personnel in the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track communications, and keep customer information up-to-date. Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. 7. Administrative Support: Maintain records of sales activities, marketing campaigns, and client interactions. Prepare and maintain necessary documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
