Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager/Director in creating and executing business development strategies and goals. Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients and stakeholders. Provide market intelligence to support the development of business strategies and identify areas for innovation. 4. Lead Generation and Sales Support: Support the sales team by generating high-quality leads and assisting in closing deals. Track sales activities and assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of client projects and follow-through. 5. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to assess customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market changes to stay ahead of industry developments. Provide detailed reports and insights based on research to assist in the decision-making process. 6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment of business development strategies and objectives. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the development of initiatives that promote business growth. Ensure smooth communication between all teams involved in the delivery of products or services to clients. 7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and business development activities. Prepare regular progress reports, sales updates, and analysis for the management team. Assist in managing the CRM system, ensuring that all client data is up-to-date and accurate.
