• Responsible back up general administration and office operational works. Assisting the staff with general office duties, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination. • Compiles and maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. • Answer and redirect telephone calls. • Responsible for other clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports and data entry via computer. • Sort and deliver incoming mails, arrange for mails to be send out. • Assist Admin Personnel in administrative works related to company business development. • Assist in managing the flow of paperwork and office supplies requests. • Responsible in handle Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order. • Calling for quotations. • Inventory upkeep. Example, pantry inventories, stationaries stocks, photocopier cartridges, praying flowers, contract renewal documentations. • Follow up payments with accounts. • Store room upkeep. • Provide beneficial administrative support to the immediate superior with any general tasks as required. • Involve in HR related matters Requirement: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in Business Administration or equivalent. • Required skill(s): Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven. • Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia • Attention to details. • Communication abilities and able to follow instructions. • Able to meet dateline. • To operate basic computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and PDF.
