• Supplier Quality Management – Qualify, audit, and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Manage supplier performance and drive quality improvements • Product & Process Quality – Develop and implement quality control processes for machine assembly. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications • Non-Conformance & Improvement – Investigate quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce defects • Compliance & Documentation – Maintain quality records, support audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards • Technical Support & Training – Provide shop floor support for quality-related issues and train operators and suppliers on quality standards and best practices • Assist in training and mentoring quality teams, ensuring adherence to best practices • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence • Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering • Hands-on experience in machine assembly or manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process improvements • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications for both product and supplier quality assessments • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram) • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional departments • Experience with ERP systems and quality management software is a plus
