- Provide sales administration and coordination, including but not limited to:
- Understanding the inner costing component
- Preparing sales quotations and tenders
- Sending out and following up on purchase orders
- Processing sales orders
- Preparing sales reports
- Preparing sales kits
- Handle customer queries and refer them back to sales executives.
- Keep track of sales forecasts on assigned customers and ensure data accuracy with high integrity.
- Communicate within departments and with the HQ plant in Shenzhen to ensure orders are processed as per terms and conditions and delivered on time.
- Assist the department in sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, both locally and internationally.
- Resolve problems and respond promptly, providing a high standard of customer service.
- Assist the team in all sales and marketing activities, including organizing product samples in the office.
- Prepare product registration and liaise with local authorities and/or agents.
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales or sales coordination.
- Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China.
- Good computer literacy.
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and strong with numbers. Able to work independently.
- Responsible, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Working Hours: Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays
