  • Provide sales administration and coordination, including but not limited to:
    • Understanding the inner costing component
    • Preparing sales quotations and tenders
    • Sending out and following up on purchase orders
    • Processing sales orders
    • Preparing sales reports
    • Preparing sales kits
    • Handle customer queries and refer them back to sales executives.
    • Keep track of sales forecasts on assigned customers and ensure data accuracy with high integrity.
    • Communicate within departments and with the HQ plant in Shenzhen to ensure orders are processed as per terms and conditions and delivered on time.
    • Assist the department in sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, both locally and internationally.
    • Resolve problems and respond promptly, providing a high standard of customer service.
    • Assist the team in all sales and marketing activities, including organizing product samples in the office.
    • Prepare product registration and liaise with local authorities and/or agents.
  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales or sales coordination.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Fast learner, quick thinker, and strong with numbers. Able to work independently.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
  • Working Hours: Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays
