Currently, we are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our exciting journey ahead. JOB DESCRIPTION Staff Management and Leadership: 1.Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel. 2.Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage. 3.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. 4.Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure communication and high levels of service. Customer Service 1.Oversee the dining experience, ensuring customers have a positive experience from arrival to departure. 2.Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism and courtesy. 3.Ensure that all guests receive high-quality dining experiences. 4.Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow. Operations Management 1.Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 2.Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and beverage costs to maintain profitability. 3.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items. Financial Management 1.Monitor and control the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses. 2.Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce waste. 3.Handle cash handling, billing, and POS system transactions as necessary. Marketing and Promotion 1.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, events, and special offers to attract customers. 2.Build relationships with local businesses and customers to promote the restaurant’s brand and increase sales. Compliance and Quality Control 1.Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. 2.Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
