PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Primary responsibility is to support the Manager- Customer Relationship Management for effective CRM management functions to achieve Company’s Budget. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES POSITION DETAILS • Incumbent will need to possess the drive and ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team, to identify, propose and secure the sales from various targeted industries particularly in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Johor & Klang Valley. Having secured the sales, the incumbent will continue to nurture the customer (an account); culminating in a long – term waste management agreement. The SE in most instances is the window of the company to the customer and hence every development with the customer’s business must be known for pro-active management. • The SE will also be responsible for servicing a section of the CRM Manager’s customers in order for the CRM Manager to pay close attention to their key accounts that contribute significantly to our business. The SE will also help feed key and leading information regarding the targeted industry as an input to the company’s CRM database. The SE will attend to all customer complaints and act as a one stop resource to ensure that the customer experience with the company is in good stead. In short, the SE manages the account from A to Z or as directed by the CRM Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing a portfolio of accounts assigned by the CRM Manager • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business • Building and maintaining a 'territory' • Achieving sales targets • Delivering sales presentations to management • Attending client meetings • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients • Completing administrative work, as and when required REQUIRED SKILLS • Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously. • Able to interact with all levels of management, peers, vendors, and clients. • Articulate and able to make a sales pitch convincingly and close the sales • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written & communication • Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing setting • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English • Computer literacy (MS office software)
