- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to prospective clients, articulating the benefits of our training programs and how they can meet the client’s needs.

- Customized Solutions: Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions based on our training programs in leadership, communication, negotiation, and more.
- Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs to contribute to team success and business growth.
- Market Intelligence: Keep updated on the latest trends in the soft skills and training industry and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaboration with Training Teams: Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs after the sale is made.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to prospective clients, articulating the benefits of our training programs and how they can meet the client’s needs.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong understanding of soft skills and communication training services.
- Self-driven with a strong results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a wide variety of clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
