  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our software solutions, customers' industry, and functional business processes.
  • Work directly with clients to onboard them to our products from project kick-off to live-run.
  • Be responsible for creating/following project plans, managing and monitoring progress, and guiding all aspects of implementation.
  • Set and adhere to project timelines and goals for multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Evaluate customers’ current business practices and configure our solution to meet their needs.
  • Ensure each customer is trained to use the product and monitor their progress and system utilization.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer rapport via phone, online meetings, in person, and email to build strong successful customer relationships.
  • Assist with support on a regular basis to ensure quick response times to all customers.
  • Recreate and report issues to development as they come to your attention inside the product.
  • Develop and improve training documentation and best practices for internal and external use.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Accounting and experience with or education in accounting-related software.
  • Computer literate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to gain a deep understanding of customers' business workflows and processes.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for hosting virtual meetings and onsite visits.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
    • Required language: Fluent English.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates with excellent academic results are encouraged to apply.
    • Candidates with Property Development Industry knowledge will have an added advantage.
