Software Implementation Consultants
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our software solutions, customers' industry, and functional business processes.
- Work directly with clients to onboard them to our products from project kick-off to live-run.
- Be responsible for creating/following project plans, managing and monitoring progress, and guiding all aspects of implementation.
- Set and adhere to project timelines and goals for multiple concurrent implementations.
- Evaluate customers’ current business practices and configure our solution to meet their needs.
- Ensure each customer is trained to use the product and monitor their progress and system utilization.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer rapport via phone, online meetings, in person, and email to build strong successful customer relationships.
- Assist with support on a regular basis to ensure quick response times to all customers.
- Recreate and report issues to development as they come to your attention inside the product.
- Develop and improve training documentation and best practices for internal and external use.
