  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and enhance client acquisition.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Secure new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients by providing effective solutions tailored to their training needs.
  • Solution Selling: Work with clients to understand their challenges and design customized training solutions, such as leadership development, communication workshops, and team-building initiatives.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team. Provide regular feedback, training, and coaching to ensure targets are met.
  • Sales Process & Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring the team follows best practices and maintains accurate sales records.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to program delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, ideally in the training or education sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of soft skills and communication training programs.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
