- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, ideally in the training or education sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
