RESPONSIBLITIES: - Process employee's payroll, claims and other expenditures - Liaise with external auditor's tax agents, bankers, secretary other financial regulatory bodies - Handle full set of accounts i.e AR, AP, GL P & L , BS and Cash Flow - Maintain accurate accounting records and bank reconciliations - Manage cash flow and control expenditures - Keep proper records of fixed assets - Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time REQUIREMENT : - Able to use accounting software (AutoCount) and MS Office - Candidate must possess Professional Qualifications/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent - Professional qualification from the recognized body (ACCA, CIMA etc) is an added - Good command of written and spoken English - Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meat tight deadlines - Able to take and execute instruction well - Well organized, with excellent interpersonal & communication skill - Open for fresh graduate
