Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls and take the extra mile to engage customers according to company's communication procedures, guideline and policies. Identify and assess customers’ needs to generate sales leads. Provide accurate and complete information on the products assortment to customers. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution to achieve customers' satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Achieve personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Other relevant task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Prerequisites No working experience are welcome to apply. Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience with track record of achieving KPIs. Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent. Proficient in English, spoken and written. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
