Responsibilities 1) Handle payroll, recruitment, attendance, records and employee welfare matters. 2) Liaise with government bodies. 3) Update and maintain staff movement data and organizational chart. 4) Preparation of employee contract and files. 5) Maintain and supervise staff information such as leave and memo. 6) Preparation of official letter, air ticket and hotel arrangement for staff. 7) Assist in other department as deemed necessary. 8) To preserve sensitive and confidentiality information of company at all time. 9) Manage day to day task.
