Responsibilities: 1. Oversee, coordinate and facilitate vendor development program to ensure overall quality and timeliness of program is deliverables. Analyse data, prepare report and maintain records and documents. 2. Conduct assessment to evaluate vendors performance, provide analysis report, facilitate vendors improvement and track the progress based on performance target. 3. Gather information on market trend or industry information on product/service and to conduct analysis on weaknesses and gaps to further increase the business participation of Bumiputera vendors. 4. Registering new vendor by making sure all certificates and forms are valid by searching online, screening and evaluate vendor past record, operational performance and financial stability while maintaining the approved vendor list. 5. Work with different departments by exercising appropriate teamwork, influence within project teams and vendors. Requirements • Degree from recognized Higher Learning Institution or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa and English. • Versatile, adaptive and possess good leadership qualities. • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently. • Conversant in MS Office applications.
