Senior Recruiter | Banking Industry | Hybrid Job | Salary up

Job responsibilities: -- Recruiter who is able to work on End-to-End recruitment including headhunting, passive sourcing, application processing. - Act as the senior for team of approx. 3 junior recruiter, in providing guidance and advise on day to day job. - Stakeholders management; especially Hiring Managers management in sorting all HR related matters. Key expectations - You are expected to be Assistant Vice President backup when he/she is away. This including managing stakeholders, handling escalations, ensure BAU for recruitment team. - You are expected to be a strong recruiter in handling end-to-end recruitment. Especially on passive/ niche skillset sourcing. - You are expected to have strong stakeholders management. Managing difficult situation such as Hiring Manager’s escalation (Assistant Vice President will give support but it will be good if you have some experience in this). Requirements: - Experienced and skilled in end to end sourcing – passive sourcing, headhunt - Strong communication skills, able to manage difficult stakeholders. - Able to manage high volume hiring with matrix businesses. - Good to have: experienced in financial institution companies. - Must be able to handle volume hiring - Must be able to multitask - Experienced in sourcing and screening (min 4 years) - Nice to have: familiar with GSC/ FI/ Banking industry - Experienced working with various Job Portals - Experience managing stakeholders - Comfortable with contact Centre hiring
