  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, or more). • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, including tool selection, fixture setup, and machine calibration. • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files to create precise components. • Perform complex machining operations on various materials. • Ensure all machining operations meet tight tolerances and quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues during the production process. • Inspect and verify finished components using precision measuring instruments • Adjust machine settings and programs to maintain quality and precision. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize machining processes. • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tooling, and machine setup for repeat jobs. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased efficiency. • Stay updated with advancements in CNC technology, tools, and machining techniques. Requirements The required skills for the position MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT are: • Min 5 years’ experience in Multi Axis CNC. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
